- Fitness Testing: Testing for Muscular Strength, Muscular
Endurance, or Cardiovascular Endurance depending on goals to ensure client is making satisfactory progress at every stage
of their fitness program.
- In-Home Training or Gym Workouts: I
am able to accompany you to your gym (in most cases), bring you along to mine, or even
bring equipment to you so you can workout from the comfort of your home!
Dietary/Nutrition Services Offered:

- Combining your exercise program
with nutrition and dietary information and guidelines will optimize and accelerate your results. Upon beginning
a program you will be provided with personalized dietary and nutritional suggestions that will be the backbone of your success!
- An ongoing exercise program consisting of cardiovascular
and weight training has been proven to lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, as well as improve the condition of
many people suffering from things like osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and diabetes. This is in addition to improving
muscle tone and your overall appearance.*
- Your program will be specific to your individual needs and include variables such as movement
preparation, pre and rehabilitation, speed, agility, quickness, strength, cardio, and flexibility training all encompassed
in your weekly routine which I will design for you.
