Hiring Rob to help me in my quest to become fitter and stronger was the best decision I've made in years. The workouts
are challenging, never repetitious or boring, and I am in the best shape I've been in for years. He is very adaptable,
easy to work with, and has helped resolve a number of physical injuries for me through careful training and conditioning.
