Our boot camps raise the bar-- we are the only indoor, size controlled boot camp in South Jersey. This means maximum instruction and maximum results. There are more than 50 monthly boot camp times to choose from weekly Workouts combine strength training, cardiovascular training, and core/abdominal training, with flexibility and recovery work.

Saturday Charity Boot Camps
We have a revolutionary program designed to help both exercisers are charities. During certain months of the year, members and their friends receive free Saturday Boot Camp sessions in exchange for a small donation to our charity of the month. This includes items like canned goods, toys, and more. This is a great way to get in shape and give to the community at the same time.

1) Instruction & Customization - Other boot camps have everyone performing the same cookie cutter workout. We design each workout for each individual member and limits class sizes so you receive all of the attention you need and use proper form while exercising.
2) Attend Up To 5 Days per Week - I've yet to see another boot camp in New Jersey that allows you to attend more than 3 times per week. We allow you to come up to 5 days per week.
3) Environment - Everyone has fun here and works like crazy. One of the reasons every Evolution Boot Camp member is successful is because they are surrounded by people who have succeeded and are positively motivated by both Rob and their fellow camp members.
4) Indoors - We are the largest indoor private dedicated facility in South Jersey. That means our boot camps run 52 weeks per year. Who wants to wake up at 5am and go work out at a cold or rainy field anyway?
5) Free Comprehensive Nutrition Counseling - One of the main reasons Evolution Boot Camp members reach their fitness goals is because of our focus on nutrition.

Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training is a cost effective, but very powerful program. We have developed an advanced program that allows you to view exercised demonstrations, received at-home instruction and customized workouts, and work out on your own at your own convenience. In addition, we provide full nutrition counseling free of charge. This is the most comprehensive program of its kind and will yield serious results!

Complete Workout Planning: Every workout, including weight, reps, sets, and order will all be planned for you. Complete Nutrition Planning: Each meal will be planned for you, along with a custom designed grocery shopping list created for just for you. Rob Baban
Owner / Personal Trainer
Rob has lived locally in the Mount Laurel/Marlton area his entire life and
presently lives with his wife, Jenny, and dog, George. He has been a
Personal Trainer for more than 10 years and has successfully helped
hundreds of South Jersey residents get into great shape.
A career ending sports injury led Rob towards his passion for fitness and
helping others. Working as a full-time independent Personal Trainer for so
many years, Rob has been able to help clients with a wide variety of backgrounds and fitness goals, both in the gym and in the kitchen.
Rob has been recognized for his work by many national and local media outlets such as USA Today, MTV, Exercise TV, and many more. In addition, Rob has aligned himself with several local charities such as the Burlington County Sheriff's Department, Animal Welfare Association, and Wiley Church, running monthly drives to donate toys, food, and animal supplies to those in need.
Outside of Personal Training, Rob enjoys traveling, following Philly sports teams, playing golf, outdoor activities with his dog, and spending time with his family.
Matt Repece,
Personal Trainer
Matt has lived locally in Moorestown his entire life
and was a 4 sport athlete in high school and
2 sport athlete in college.
Matt's love of performance based athletics has
translated into his adulthood in the form of all-natural
drug free bodybuilding with the NGA. His passion for
fitness is easily visible through his positive and motivating demeanor. Matt's refreshing attitude, along with his exercise and nutrition knowledge make him a wonderful addition to the Train With Rob team.
At present, Matt is available for morning and evening Personal Training sessions, as well as instructing our early morning fitness boot camps.

Simply put, our South Jersey facility is a Personal Training sanctuary. With nearly 2,500 square feet of cutting edge fitness equipment, we are the largest Personal Training dedicated facility in the area. That means there aren't 10-50 other people walking around and exercising during your workout, or a curtain hanging down to seperate you from 5 other clients. It's just you and your Trainer.
Our training equipment is the latest and most advanced functional training equipment available on the market today. Rob prides himself in being a leader and innovator in the fitness industry, and is always ahead of the equipment trends. You won't find any large, bulky, and ineffective machines like you do at gyms- just equipment that allows you to use your body the way it was meant to be used!
